If I report a bug, is there anyway to check if Cip has addressed the issue and what the results are?

The report tracks are in the account manager in the tibia web, there is a section if i dont remember wrong.

To provide more detail, I submitted a "Report Coordinate" bug however I don't see it on Tibia.com in the Account Management page. Is there anywhere else I should be checking?
