Probably this already happened to most of us, you're in a hunt, you're almost leveling up and then someone starts trolling. As it goes on you realize that the invader has foul intentions, if it is a non-pvp world he's trying to lure monsters on you, push you into more dangerous areas, and the like. If it is a pvp world, he might be directly attacking you, maybe it is more than just one player.

I would like an answer for both non pvp and pvp worlds, what can i do? Should i run? Fight back? Should i resort to defense prey bonus? Should i try to reason with the other player? Thanks in advance!

In 100% depends on what you are looking for, like you can decide to leave or to fight back. Taking this decision keep in mind this:

If you leave, no matter what kind of server is, you are giving the message that they can kick you so you will probably receive more annoying players. So my recomendation is, no matter what you do, don't leave the spawn.

Let's talk about different situations.

1. Heavy lure on you from another player - In No-PvP servers you need to judge if you can handle the lure, if you can, kill the spawn. If you can't, try using magic walls to block the monsters and kill the resp. This Magic Wall strategy is also great in PvP worlds cause you will also block the player and they could trap theirselves.

2. KS - In this case on both server types, the strategy is simple: Ignore the player/s that, keep doing the same pulls and don't answer messages. You may be asking, why should I keep the same pulls? Because if you don't care they will get bored, if you try to change your pulls, etc, they will have fun so they won't leave.

3. PK on you - If you are team hunting as a druid make sure to set your white hand mode and to avoid accidents, do not use exura gran mas res. In this situation, as a druid you will find yourself with a character mwalling you to trap you and kill your knight so you must move constantly. As any other vocation, just keep hunting, and try to not get trapped my mwalls.

That's all my recommendations based on my experience.

When someone is going to bother you at a respawn you have 2 options, stay or leave.

If you leave as soon as they start bothering you, they will know that you are an easy prey and every time they see you in a respawn they will go to take you out. If you are with people and you leave, the same thing will happen.
If you leave because they start to lure you and you see that you can die easily, that is not a bad option. It is better to leave than to die. In case you are in war the best option if you can't hold on, is to call a higher level teammate, so that at least they can see that it is not so easy to kick you out of the respawn.
If they open skull, more of the same, if you can't hold on, the best thing to do is to ask for help to your teammates.

Leaving is always the worst option, since they will see you as an easy prey, but it is always better than staying and dying. If they are only making KS to you, you should stay 100%. It's a fight where the first one to get tired, loses.
That's why my recommendation is to stay as long as you see that you can hold on well and if not, call a friend. Also carry all kinds of bombs for the ground, stone skins, might rings, magic walls... in case you get trap or to avoid monsters. Also I recommend you to join a guild if you are not in any, because people when they see someone with a guild usually think about it before bothering. If you join a clan at war, keep in mind that enemies will come to bother you. So if you want peace, join a big neutral guild in your world.

If they see that you don't leave, the next time they will think about it before going after you.
In war this can take more than 1 day, since everyone wants to bother everyone.
