Can I make more than one sun catcher, moon mirror, and starlight vial?

In the Threatened Dreams quest, can I make more than one sun catcher, moon mirror, and starlight vial?

If so, do I need to make them before a certain point in the quest or can I still make them after the quest is complete?

Yes, you can, I have actually made several to make some money on new servers for people that does not have them, but you are required the quest completed at least to the point where  you make them and also the blackbert quest, you buy for 5k each on blackbert and then proceed to do the same you did during the quest to turn them on, sun catcher during the day, moon mirror and starlight vial during the night.

Note: you need the quest completed to the point when you receive a blossom bag. Otherwise you'll end up with a bunch of paperweights. (Learned it the hard way) :)
