Is there a way to use the battle to follow, with either a hotkey or fast way to do it?

I want to know if there is a way to attack next target to do it with follow next target. I have seen streamers that are using two character at the same time I kinda wanna try something similar but I need a quick way to make a char follow the other without being illegal. I don't want any macro or anything like that so is there a way to use the battle or combination of keys to do quick follow ?
For example if a press shift while doing click on the battle I will look at the person if a left click alone will attack it but I want to do is follow so is there a way to do it or is it impossible?

That is not possible by any "legal" way. The only way is using some kind of macro.

i just confirm this with a ticket to cipsoft it is correct there is no legal way to do a quick follow with combinations of key or configuration
