Is it possible to obtain another Witches' Grimoire if I lose it?

I would like to know if there is a cooldown on the chest or if I could get a second Witches' Grimoire if I lose the one obtained in the quest (Inquisition Quest).

You can buy an extra one from Black Bert if you need a replacement.

It is a bit pricy, costing 25.000 gold coins.
