Can I use a Bestiary Potion to get the Dragon Slayer Outfit faster?

Hello,

One of the requirements for obtaining the Dragon Slayer Outfit, is to have 7,500 Dragon / Dragon Lords killed.

In order to achieve that, do I actually need to kill 7,500 or could I potentially use bestiary potions and only kill half of it?

As long as my bestiary entry has 7,500 it would work? Even if that entry was achieved by 3,750 kills instead?

I haven't heard of anyone using this potion for the purposes of the Dragon Slayer Outfit Quest but technically the number of monsters killed shouldn't matter, only the number that is displayed within bestiary.

As far as we know the Tibia doesn't even keep a score of the number of killed monsters, only the number of monsters that count for bestiary. This means that you don't even have to be the one who kills the monster. As long as your bestiary tracks it, it matters. 

Thus my advise would be to party up with others during rapid respawn and use bombs to damage dragons in one dragon lair(and have a freind clear it) and kill them by yourself in another one. This should significantly cut the grind but finding others that would be willing to help you may be hard.

No matter the strategy the answer should be yes. The Bestiary Betterment potion would at least cut the grind in half.
