What is this place between bulltaurs and poi and how do I access it?

I had a hard fiend there and it left me curious how to access that area, I had to give up but the thought won't leave me, maybe someone here can enlighten me

This appears to be the color matching mission of the Dreamers challenge quest! It is accessible through the linked quest, however I don’t think there are any monsters that could be fiendish inside that area.
