What is this location -1 east of Stonehomes?

It's on -1 and under the east end of Stone homes. The yellow dots that normally indicate stairs don't lead to anything directly above or below. What is this location?

It's Chikhaton's room, a boss that is part of the Rise of Devovorga World Quest.

Thank you! Do you happen to know if anything spawns in there? I was fiendishing and there was an "Easy" creature there.

No, only the boss spawns in the room. Unless they added creatures after the changes they made recently to the event, but then we'll have to wait until tomorrow to find out. Are you sure it was in this room? Or maybe it was on another floor?
