How I can know if a character on Bazaar is on Rookgaard, Isle of Destiny, Dawnport or Mainland?

I don't think so. There are some things that indicate that the character is on mainland, such as mounts and outfits (which are not from the store), promotion, familiars, quest flags, hunting task points, etc.
