is there any relationship between nagas and elves?

Today while looking through my loot I noticed nagas drop elvish bow, that makes me wonder, exists any known lore related relationship between old elves and nagas? maybe at some point or book there's a hint about they exchanging culture?

Any light on this thread is useful, maybe there's absolutely nothing between all the books and known information so far, who knows?
