How to get to east of the sunken ship in Seacrest Serpents?

Hi

Yesterday I completed a Twenty Miles Beneath the Sea Quest and explore whole area but I couldn't find the entrance to the place marked on the map. It is a souther part of The Sunken City part. Anyone knows how to?
