Can I get the Violet Tulip if I didn't manage to keep the 4 saplings alive the first fight?

Basically the Title. Is it possible for me to proceed with the quest if I screwed up my first fight and didn't keep the saplings alive by killing Yselda again while keeping the four saplings alive?

Yes, you can try to keep them alive in another boss fight just don’t forget to talk to Yselda and kesar after completing the boss
