How much bigger are the chances to roll a preferred list creature?

In the preferred list, you can add a creature so that you have a better chance of getting it rolled, but how much is that percentage?

The tool tip when scrolling over the "i" icon in Bounty task menu states "Will be rolled 5 times more often."

 Unwanted tasks will "Never be rolled"
