Which are the best multi actions for Sorcerers?

The winter update gave us new tools for assigning spells. In this case, it allows us to multitask with spells. Which sorcerers are the best at multitasking or the most useful?

Spell rotation: Exevo vis hur + Exevo gran flam hur + Exevo gran vis lux (or death beam)
 
Heal spells: Exura max vita + Exura vita. With this rotation we never fail heal spell in case we trying spam max vita

Debuff and buff spells: Exori moe + Exori kor. With this we will be able to have both active for a few time

The buff and debuff spells share the same cd so I think you can’t use both at same time…

For a brief time you can have both effects on a creature , before update you need 2 hotkeys for that , with multitask you can use only 1 to apply both.
