Why does the NPC The librarian not appear on the stash list?

Question

The librarian NPC located in Issavi City is not appearing on the stash list.

The items are appearing in my inventory.

Is this a bug in the game?

Does it appear under a different name?

Hi, only notable NPCs are appearing in Stash trader list. Most items which can be sold to npc The Librarian can be aswell sold to other NPCs, while creature items NPC Yasir is buying. Sometimes Tibia community is pointing it out that could be nice to have some NPC name on that list, and as far as I remember, some of the NPC were added with time.
