its severe i dont know exactly but if its this ranged monster that debuff you and it affects your main vocation skill , if u are ek it affects sword/axe/club so if u havve like 130 skills it will be like 50 or something around that same for ml and distance and fist for diffrent vocation and its charmable u just go with more than 2-3 people go with like 6 -7 so u finish faster and it doesnt bother u much just for the purpose of charming
