Is the Lion of War Outfit still unlocked for all characters after purchase?

I was looking for this both in the wiki and here, and i couldn't find a definite answer.

In the past, when the outfit was acquired with tournament points, it was unlocked for all characters, but nowadays, im not sure.

Also, bonus question (if the main question gets an answer, i'll still mark it as correct :P): is there any outfit our mount (nowadays, not previous with tournament points) that is unlocked for all characters?

No. Nowadays, the Lion War Outfit is obtained for 12.500 drome points, and it is only available to the character who purchases it.

Bonus question:

Yes, the Recruiter Outfit. You can't buy it, however. To obtain this outfit, you need to invite friends to the game through the Tell-a-Friend system.

Thanks for the answer! regarding mounts, is there ANY mount that also works like the recruiter outfit? (i.e: it applies to all characters of the same account?)
