In the recent update notes regarding the move from Targuna to Thais, it mentions we can unlock permanent free passage by either handing in a special item found in Targuna’s hunting grounds or by paying a gold fee.

Does anyone know:

1. What is the name of the special item dropped in Targuna?

2. What is the exact amount of the gold fee required to unlock the passage if I don't have the item?

1- The special item dropped in Targuna is  

You see a sail pass. It weighs 0.50 oz.

A sail pass that can be obtained from monsters in and around Targuna.

It can be redeemed with Captain Indigo for a free trip to Thais.

2- The amount of gold fee is 5000 gp.
