How long is the cooldown of the boss Herald of Fire?

With yesterday's update, we got Targuna island and a new Bane boss, named Herald of Fire. He works like a lever boss, allowing 5 players to go together.

How much time is needed to wait for a chance to go there again? 2 hours like Sir Leonard and Kroazur or less?
