The effect of the item Sailor's Burn Cure is to heal 150 hitpoints and cure the Burning effect. It has a cooldown of 10 minutes to be used again.

This item is very useful on Retro Open PVP Worlds and even Open PVP Worlds which players can cast a long Soulfire on enemies that have Skulls or Protection Zone Block and this item can instantly remove the Burning effect, allowing players to lose battle sign and logout. It was a nice addition to compensate the Cure Burning spell from Druids for other vocations and can save you a lot of time, because when you have the Burning effect, you can't logout out of a protection zone until the burning wears off, so it's a must-have item on your backpack and is also nice and useful to heal 150 hitpoints along with removing the Burning effect.
