Yes, after the replacement for manapotions on 8.1 update a lot of manafluids still in the backpack of people who had it. You can also obtain it by using a empty vial in the Potion Stand of Manafluid on Magician's Quarter in Yalahar.

Yes they exists, you can buy from people that saved from past or try your lucky after updates to find a recipient in yalahar...
