Besides the size of the runes, we also had:

The cost of 3 Mana per 1 Damage on Energy Ring initially planned was reduced to 2 Mana per 1 Damage.

The Paladin and Druid stances were heavily changed from the first test stage to the release state.

For Paladins, the first version had Sniper as the offensive stance. It made auto-attacks deal 3% more damage, and this bonus was doubled to 6% against non-adjacent targets. The defensive stance was much simpler than what was released: it reduced damage taken from non-adjacent targets by 5%.

In the release state, this was changed completely. Sniper was removed, and Sharpshooter became the offensive stance, granting 40% distance fighting, affecting the final skill including gear and other bonuses. The defensive stance also changed: instead of a flat 5% damage reduction from non-adjacent targets, Divine Defiance now grants 7.5% of your distance fighting as holy and healing magic level, plus 15% dodge against non-adjacent enemies. It was changed from a guaranteed damage reduction into a high percentage dodge with extra holy/healing magic level.

For Druids, the first stage had three different healing stances. Channeled Preservation increased the cooldown and primary group cooldown of Heal Friend and Mass Healing to 2 seconds (just like the Knight cooldowns), but increased all ally healing by 110%. Rejuvenation increased self-healing spells by 10%. Shared Conservation made Heal Friend and Nature’s Embrace also heal a secondary party target in the game window for 30% of the original healing.

In the release state, this was reduced to two stances. Shared Conservation kept the secondary target healing effect, meaning Heal Friend and Nature’s Embrace heal another party member for 30% of the healing, and it also absorbed the old Rejuvenation effect by giving +10% self-healing. The stance Channeled Preservation was not kept as a separate stance. Instead, Druids received Elemental Synthesis, an offensive stance that grants 10% of your magic level as additional ice and earth magic level.

The Chivalrous Challenge (Exeta Amp Res) spell from Knights was changed on the Test Server to be shaped like an Ulus and later was reverted back to what already was plus having the benefits it had on upgrading it from the Wheel, which is increasing 1 additional target and extended range to pull creatures.
