There are three new mana potions added with vocation adjustments:

Superior Mana Potion

Cost: 254 gp.
Weight: 3.10 oz.
Where to buy: From several potion shop NPCs, including Free Account cities such as Thais, Carlin, Kazordoon, Ab'Dendriel and Venore. They can also be bought from other players through the Market.
Minimum mana gain: 240 mana.
Average mana gain: 300 mana.
Maximum mana gain: 360 mana.
Vocation used: Monks, Paladins, Sorcerers and Druids, level 100+.

Distilled Superior Mana Potion

Cost: 381 gp.
Weight: 3.10 oz.
Where to buy: From several potion shop NPCs, including the Free Account city Venore. They can also be bought from other players through the Market.
Minimum mana gain: 240 mana.
Average mana gain: 300 mana.
Maximum mana gain: 360 mana.
Vocation used: All vocations, level 130+.

This potion has the same mana effect as the normal Superior Mana Potion, but it is distilled, which means it can be used by every vocation and costs 50% more gold.

Distilled Ultimate Mana Potion

Cost: 732 gp.
Weight: 3.10 oz.
Where to buy: From several potion shop NPCs, including the Free Account city Venore. They can also be bought from other players through the Market.
Minimum mana gain: 425 mana.
Average mana gain: 500 mana.
Maximum mana gain: 575 mana.
Vocation used: All vocations, level 200+.

This potion has the same mana effect as the normal Ultimate Mana Potion, but it is distilled, which means it can be used by every vocation and costs 50% more gold.

The normal Superior Mana Potion is a new option mainly for Monks and Paladins, while the Distilled versions are more expensive universal mana potions that can also be used by Knights.
