Can you teleport out of the final room of Queen of the Banshees?

I was wondering if the final room of the Queen of the Banshees quest will allow players to use; the supreme cube, boots of homecoming, or a teleport scroll to exit instead of exiting through the portal.

If they can exit from the room using one of these methods, can the room be re-entered?
