How to get Blue Memory Shard after finished quest?

Question

First mission of Kilmaresh Quest. We have Flask of Hallucinogen  from Npc and Ring of Secret Thoughts  . Our mission is to use flask and wear ring  in Temple of Sun and Sea in Issavi. Next we had to loot from . I am wonder if is it possible to back to this place and loot more shards? Would be nice to use it for decoration my house.

Edit: When I asked Npc  about  She answered : 02:18 Faloriel: I'm sorry but I ran out of this special substance. I can't sell you a vial before a ship with new supplies arrives.

I think you can't get there after completing the task.

But i know that, if  you won't give back the mission to npc, you can go there all the time.

I was doing this way because this items i looted for some friends.

They do not disappear, you can use them as a decoration without a problem.
