Which houses are a perfect square?

Im looking for a house on Tibia , I want a house that is a perfect square , this means that all sizes have the same sqm.

Example:

I want this because is easier to decorate it with good simetrical forms.

Note: the bed number should be > 0

I chose perfect houses with max 1 bed on the 0 floor. Because of limit words I focused on 5 areas -  Edron, Venore, Carlin, Thais and Rathelton.
