I looted milk churn from cow. How to fill it? Any achievement for this?

I looted milk churn  from cow. How I can fill it?  Is there any achievement for this?

You must use this on a live cow, then you fill it with milk. There isn't achievement for that.  Remember that if you drink milk, the chunk disappears. It isn't the same as with a Beer Mug  that you fill an item, drink and the item is empty.

And I thought it was just a creature product type of item.... now I can only use it next year :/

Does the item change something on it's appearance once filled?

Yes, unfortunately you won't be able to get it until the next event, but I heard twice times per year. As you can see there is a minimal difference - you can see milk spilling out with it.
