If I get both Shaman (male) addons and change my character sex will I get the ferumbras hat addon?

No you will not! Ferumbras hat is used to make Mage Outfit (male) and Summoner Outfit (female). If u have a character male with Mage full, when you change sex you will get the Summoner outfit full.
