How to profit Mutated Humans with elite Knight (50-60)?

I tried to hunt mutated humans yalahar but I am not getting any profit.

My Ek is level 57 skills 78/75 and I collect all gold and creature products.

I use a knight set and dragon shield. Not the best equips, but I dont have much money.

Hello!

I think the best way for you is to kill mutated tigers instead of mutated humans , the reason is that tigers drops Sabretooth and that is very profitable since you can sell it expensive on market because its needed for imbuements.
