Is there any cooldown on blessed steak?

Blessed steak is special kind of food which restore full bar of mana points. It seems to be very powerful on high level mages, especially during war (open battles). Is there any cooldown on use that item?

After you eat Blessed Steak  you need to wait 15 minutes before you will be able to eat it again. You can use instead (when you still have cooldown) Blueberry cupcake  which works in the same was as Blessed Steak.  

There is also another food from Hireling which cost 15k - Consecrated Beef  .Beef gives you 30% of your total amout of mana. You can use it only after you eat .From the other hand if you gonna use first  you won't be able to eat in next 15 minutes   and.

you are wrong, u can eat consecrated beef then blueberry cupcake with no delay.
