Which is the best food to use for skilling on Dawnport? Rabbits and deer provide meat, but it’s heavy. Blueberries are quick to grab, light in weight, and can keep you in the eaten state for a long time by eating just one berry at a time. In terms of efficiency, which food would be better to use, or is there a better alternative?

I think it depends on your goal. If you want to reach the highest skill level possible without earning experience, so you're already at max level for Downport, I believe meat and ham are good choices since deer, sheep, and rabbit give no experience. However, you can sell that meat and buy eggs, which are the best items you can purchase, meaning no experience is needed to get them. Alternatively, you could loot the bodies of fallen players and buy eggs as well. Since I asked which method is the most efficient, you are totally right.
