How many keys can be obtained exclusively in Dawnport?

Pretty straightforward question, but which are the keys that I can obtain exclusively in Dawnport?

Function, identification and how to obtain the key would be much appreciated.

Key 0010 - Silver Key

Is obtained during the Dawnport Quest.

Used to enter a locked room in the Dawnport outpost.

You have to do the Dawnport Quest.

You have to fish for Old Nasty. If you fish it out you can exchange it for the Key.

This is the only key you can get in Dawnport.
