Is the Rookie Guard Quest still possible?

Is it still possible to complete the 'Rookie Guard' Quest? I tried choosing not to skip the tutorial before making the character, and it still put me thru to Dawnport after clicking like five things...

To get to Rookgaard, one of your characters on your account must be on main. Then make a dialogue with Inigo: hi-> Rookgaard-> yes-> yes. At this point you will find yourself on Rookgaard. To start the Rookie Guard Quest you must approach Vascalir in the library and ask for the mission: hi-> mission-> yes-> yes.

Ofc, once in dawnport, you just need to Talk to npc Inigo (ask him about rookland).

was looking for rookie guard quest line, not just access to Rookgaard, thanks tho

Seemed like your problem was not being able to teach Rookgaard, because once there you can start the quest without any problem
