I want to do the druid outfits but I don't know when I can find the flower blooming, is there a certain day per month that it appears or is it random ?

Blooming Griffinclaw Blooming Griffinclaw it appear random time. The best way is stand on the spot of flower with a second character and enter to check fast.

In Pacera it's not blooming today. What I do want to add is that it's completely random from what my friend has said to me. He will camp out the flower and check it every day. He has a bunch of characters camped there or he'll get one character to stay there and check. He'll resell them on the market for a profit as right now in Pacera their 95k each!
