Is it possible to get Pinata Dragon item?

I have seen this item on tibiopedia but there is no info how to get it. Is it even possible to get this item?  If can get it then how we can do it?

At the moment there is no clue on how to get the Pinata Dragon Item that looks the same as the Pinata Dragon monster.

This item so far is unobtainable. I've been hunting Pinata Dragons with no luck. I keep asking around - it doesn't seem to be a loot from the Pinata Dragon. My assumption is maybe later we'll be able to obtain it from the Pinata Dragon or something.
