Is it possible to loot or get the surprise bag (yellow)?

I got all the new items on the anniversary (2019) but I didnt got that new surprise bag that I thought it could be obtainable during this event, so do you know how/where to get it?

This surprise bag was originally supposed to drop - probably from Piñata Dragons - on Tibia's Anniversary in 2019, but later it was decided to leave it out, making it an Unobtainable Item.
