What is the best way to bring a dead Black Sheep to Chondur?

Hello everyone, in the quest of The Shattered Isles, I have to bring to Chondur a ​​​​​​​ Dead Black Sheep, my question is ¿where I can find the closer Black Sheep? I know there is one in the mountain of Femor Hills, but when i bring it and arrived to Libery Bay it got rot.
