The server saves for all worlds happen at the same hour: 10:00am CET/CEST [Central European (Summer) Time] and last about 5-15 minutes (unless announced otherwise in the newsticker on rare occasion of maintenance)

Also they took every tuesday to make to make the technical maintenance work and bug fixing and game worlds back online around 10:45 CEST.
