What monster in Tibia paralyze the most?

There are many monsters in Tibia. Some of them have strong paralyze abilities. 

My question is:

What monster in Tibia paralyzes the most (I mean which one make your speed number value the lowest)?

Looking you question I wanted to see how much a monster can devalue my speed.

So I tried with a Crystal Spider and it devalue my speed a 83% from 677 to 115. So probably a monsters like Carniphilas, Frost Dragons, Defiler and Blightwalker would devalue your speed even more I could say 90%+.

Also I realized when I didnt heal the paralise, it lost the efect slowly, so after some seconds my speed started to coming up again.

The monsters that most paralyze in my opinion are The carniphilas, defilers, quara hydromancer, ancient scarab, blightwalker and lich.

I think you are right, but this question was about - (I mean which one make your speed number value the lowest) :D. I think that Defilers are making your speed the lowest but im not sure.
