What is "cantv" and "digitel"?

During last days when I'm playing, sometimes i got freeze and then kick saying that the connection with the server is lost. When I ask on chat about it, some people tell that is "cantv" or "digitel", so what is it?

CANTV and Digitel are telecommunications companies that provide internet connection services in Venezuela. Maybe some people say that cuz the net there is really bad.
