Are the Tiles in the Color Matching game of the Dreamer's Challenge the same after each server save or randomly set?

Question

Was just thinking of having another crack at the Dreamers Challenge quest and was wondering if the tile lay out for the Color Matching game randomly laid out or the same every time?

Any help much appreciated

By my own experience of doing this quest it resets every time someone completes it so it has a pattern of random colors every time it resets (server save or when someone finish the quest)
