What happens if colours tie in the Colours of Magic event?

As the chances are very unlikely, will the world have multiple rewards during the Colours of Magic event if colours tie? Has anyone tried this or knows what will happen?

I think there cannot be a tie cause probably all the worlds would make a ties in this event if some colors is winning even by a 1 points then this colour start to be a event :)

A: This scenario is very unlikely to happen but as far as I know, if there was a tie or no one on a game world participated in the event there wouldn't be any reward for the affected game world.
