Do I need the "Document" to get the Blazebringer mount?

This year I completed the Lightbearer event, I used the Torch in all basins and got the "Document", but I lost it. Do I need to get another or can I get the mount without it in my backpack?

You cannot get another, only by trading. But you don't need it to get mount. Only one thing you need to do, is pick it up from box after successful ending of the event.
