Can FACC players use wagon system in Kazordoon?

A lot of things that make our tibian life easier are only for PACC players or even for Tibia Coins. Is the wagon system, that makes our visits in Kazordoon more convenient, only for PACC players?

I just checked with a free account of mine and yes, you can use the wagon system, which is great and saves you a lot of time.

Yes, you can use the wagon system as free account and a lot of other ways to navigate in tibia lands as free account (horse transport, teleport crystals as example)...
