What is required from my account in order to post on World boards and Trade Boards on Tibia official website forums?

I just got a level 20 with one character in an account and I want to post on boards, but so far it is not allowed for me the option to open threads...

What level or condition do I need to fulfill on my account in order to unlock the possibility of creating threads in the Trade Board and World Board?

"...please note that you can only write posts with characters that have:

• at least level 2 if you have an account which had a payment or an Extra Service paid by yourself at least once,
• or with characters that have at least level 21 if you never had a payment made by yourself on your account"

good catch, I've never noticed it before. I thought it was 20 the level needed!
