What quests in Tibia won't let you re-enter the reward room even though you don't pick up your reward?

For example - Maybe you forgot to pick up your reward? I'm sure it might be hard to note all the quests but at least mention the ones you know, please.

I have in my mind:

• The Queen of the Banshees Quest 

My BOOTS OF HASTE still waiting for me there (I didn't have capacity for them)

• Heart of Destruction Quest

There is main reward - we can take it only once. If we forgot to take it we have to wait at last 2 weeks.

• Ferumbras' Ascendant Quest

There is main reward - we can take it only once. If we forgot to take it we have to wait at last 2 weeks.

• The Annihilator Quest

if you teleport out of the reward room of mortal combat without getting the outfit (using tp scroll), you will never be able to finish the quest, and ofc not able to start WoTE
