What is the use for the "ritual flask"?

I saw a person selling "ritual flask" for a high price in a trade group, what is the use for this item?

The empty ritual flask can be used to collect snake poison and used in the Cobra Bastion cauldron (in the kitchen where you find this flask) it will make the cobra spawn weak (less health than usual)

 Empty Ritual Flask The Item used on the fresh corpse of dead Cobra changes into Flask with Snake Poison. Flask with Snake Poison  can be used on Cobra Bastion on Large Cauldron (poisoning food of army in Bastion) which consequently has an impact on their life (they have reduced hp) for 30 minutes. This makes your hunt much better (faster)!

As item is not dropped by any monsters or received by doing quest and is spawned only once per SS.

the life lose  is equal 20% of the  monster life, it dont affect minibosses ( gafir etc), the flask can be found in the room near of cauldron on server save
