Already I have a character with Druid vocation, is actually level 381 and I would like what is the better rod which I must to use, contemplating the new vocations update, because if we imbuement any rod gives us more percentage than what the rod brings by default.

I am not who downvote your post but I can make it equal to 0 as long as you correct the question since I don't have that power yet and you have a grammar error. I think it should be "Which is the best rod for a druid between level 350-400, Cobra or Lion Rod?"

Thank you very much @Nixcomander for your support, I just corrected the question.

Since those two are very different first we need to know their stats
You see a cobra rod (magic level +2, life leech chance 100%, life leech amount +18%).
Imbuements: (Empty Slot, Empty Slot).
It can only be wielded properly by druids of level 220 or higher.
It weighs 25.00 oz.

You see a lion rod (magic level +2, critical hit chance 10%, critical extra damage +35%).
Imbuements: (Empty Slot, Empty Slot).
It can only be wielded properly by druids of level 270 or higher.
It weighs 26.00 oz.

Now the lion rod has lower critical damage than any other rod that has critical imbued so i think this rod only works for farming charms and ml imbue i doubt it will compensate for the 20% extra critical damage lost

The cobra rod has 18% of life leech which combined with a bear skin imbued with vampirism can go up to 43% of life leech which is very good if you hunt without utamo, without team while attacking is much easier to maintain full health and with team you don't have to be always scared for your life since you slowly heal your self while attacking and this means more sios on the kinght/paladin so of those two option i think the winner is the cobra rod
