Can fansite items be given to a character in Rookgaard?

I was wondering if a character in Rookgaard can get a fansite item by winning a competition?

There is only 1 confirmed contest item on Rookgaard (Garnera) - TibiaHispano Emblem, owned by the creator of this item - Mechatron (he won the drawing contest for the fansite item). He was given this emblem on Rookgaard, because he did not have any other characters on Mainland. I don't think it's possible to use this 1 char trick anymore to get rewards on Rookgaard.

The rewards are sent by parcel as you know you cannot receive parcels in Rookgaard, Tutorial Island, Island of Destiny, or Dawnport. However, it would be waiting for you at mainland if sent. I know this because of a recent fansite contest by Rookie.com.pl in which their rules stated-

3.2. Prizes will be sent to the winner's inbox via a parcel. Because of that, it's not possible to obtain a reward on Rookgaard, Tutorial Island, Island of Destiny or Dawnport.

@shawtay Say A word and I write complaint to Cipsoft! On other hand imagine when all people know that some Cipsoft member is logging in to give a prize... all jealousy, righteous “I know better”, hater because it is not how people want in one place vs poor guy telling you “amazing job”. I think it would go super wrong

@Canariio it was 2015 and the guy was so lucky he won a premium time AND the Golden Falcon, it was a meeting of Tibia BR. I remember then the guy telling he's a rooker and everybody got O.O haha. I can't tell how the prize was delivered because I left after the drawing
