Is there any use for the item 'single human eye'?

I'm hunting some Putrid Mummies in Darashia and they are dropping 'single human eyes' that is worth 1000 gps on the NPC. I tried to search on Tibia Wiki the 'use' for this item, but it looks like there are none. But so many people sell it on the market. I want to know, is there a use for it or can I sell directly to NPC?

All items are sold on the market simply because some people don't want to go to the NPC and sell it themselves, so they sell it with a lower price only to be more comfortable in exchange of getting a little less money.

The Single Human Eye had no known use before 2025 Winter Update, but now it is used for Delivery Weekly Tasks, so now they are worth even more on the market, you should always try to sell them there instead of the NPC.

This item definitely has no use, sell to NPC.
